i get dandruff from time to time... a normal shampoo-conditioning routine just does n't work 4 me! i shampoo, like once in 3 days...
Does anyone know what to do to make dry hair especially at the tips, but slightly oily scalp, nice smooth ?
We have similar har, sounds like. I use Garnier Fructis. It's amazing. The Sleek and Smooth has done wonders for my hair.

I would suggest using a shine serume ONLY on the ends. You can buy them pretty much anywhere and almost all lines of products make them. My favorite is Super Skinny by Paul Mitchell. Just put a drop in your hands and massage through the ends of your hair while it damp, and then blowdry. If it is still dry, you can add a little bit more to ends of your hair after you've dried it. This way, no product goes in to the roots of your hair, since you said that alrady becomes oily. Good luck!

first u got to treat your dandruff, regular shampoo would make it better, once in 3 days would worsen it. there is a medicated shampoo 4 that or u could also visit the salon to have some scalp treatment. Or dermatologist could help if it really bothers you.
hot oil %26amp; hair spa would help to treat your dry hair. apply conditioner generously on the tip. salons also got hair protein treatments to keep your hair w/ a healthy glow. there are also hair treatments available in the market to avoid dryness, leave-on conditioner would help too.
have a regular hair cut, like evrey other month - u just need to cut the tip if u dont want to cut it short.
avoid blow dry %26amp; ironing your hair everyday, that could lead to hair damage that causes dryness.
have a good-hair day!
