buy a radical color and throw it on there. he will be surprised when he washes it and finds out that it's neon green. i guarantee he will not ask you to do these domestic tasks again in the future :-)

purchase some bleach @ the beauty supply shop a mixing bowl developer n a hair color brush n paint the bleach on the tips lol it isnt as hard as u think

ok, before you cut it go out and buy some hair dye that says Bleach Blonde or something close to it and make sure it comes with the head thing (not sure what its called), it has holes in it where you pull the hair out, I'm sure it'll come with it. There should be intructions on the box of the hair dye but just in case you need some here they are:

Then after you cut his hair, in the box of the hair dye get the head thing and put it on his head properly and there will be a chopstick looking thing thats either metal or plastic that comes with the hair dye, get that and theres a part on the end of the needle type thing thats got a grabber I guess you can call it and you pull the tips (ONLY the TIPS, NOT from the roots) out of the wholes, and it depends on if he wants them all over or just on the top. then you get the dye and rub it on the tips and put the cover on it and wait till its blonde!
