Any tips for getting my hair to grow faster?

i'm african american/white and my hair is curly....i do use a flatiorn straightener but...even then it's not that long,anything i can do or use?i've always wanted long hair

eat more protein food like fish and meat, or eggs.Also taking gelatin caps daily... it would give inner power to your hair so it might grow fast, for conditioning use kerastase products for curly hair they are good!and most of all patience hair only grows about 12 to 18 cms. each year

You should got to the salon and ask them do give you a realxer or a perm cause your mixed and it works well on that kinda of hair. or just take pills or break a vitamin capsule in your hair and leave it in for abou 10 minutes and massage it in then rinse.
