I would go with a 5 because you are average. Don't take that offensively either because I am not trying to be mean.
Some tips for you would be to layer your hair and put brown highlights in the black or even red would look good in black hair. If not a little bit of both.
As for make up, you want to go subtle because you do have a cute face. With your skin tone, I think brown would look good on you for eyeshadow as well as blend in with your complexion. I would also wear mascara so your eyelashes stand out. Make sure you wear brown eyeliner as well to make your eyes pop out. Just subtle makeup will do the trick sweetie.
