the best thing for you to do is get it cut every 6 weeks. i work at great clips and people who come in more often get to have longer hair than those who never cut it. If you have split ends, be sure to get rid of them because split ends do grow UP ( get farthur up the hair) if you dont cut them. Also, drinking water helps too for the oils. If you want shine, the last rinse of your shampoo should be cold. This closes the poors ! Hope i helped

condition it becuz healthy hair grows faster....but still trim the split ends...becuz those will just damage your hair...

Oil them with pure coconut or castor oil(red color) whenever possible and keep them in oiled state as long as you can if you can afford to do so. Oil helps the best in case of hair growth.

Braid your hair,and leave it like that, it grows faster. Just don't forget to trim your hair while doing,the growing your hair out. I have long hair and seems to work for me....good luck to you.

I suggest buying some hair %26amp; nails suppliment. Also, do not get your ends trimmed. That is just an urban legend. Actually, getting them NOT trimmed while you are trying to grow out your hair makes it grow faster. For the vitamins, I bought some Avon VitAdvance: hair care from within from my local Avon dealer and it made my hair grow VERY quickly and made it strong. If you do not like the vitamin/suppliment idea then I suggest shampooing your hair every other day so your hair can produce more natural oils and actually stimulate it's own growth! :) Good luck.

Keeping your scalp healthy is the key. Also keeping your ends clipped stops your hair from breaking from the ends. Wash your hair daily, especially if U sweat or style using mutiple hair products more than normal. U want 2 keep the pores in your scalp open for growth potential.Let your hair flow, don't keep it up in tight ponytails all the time.
