do it in LOTS of small layers, do very small piece, but with enough hair so they stay together, so it doesn't frizz. go very slow, and tie back the hair you've already straightened so its easire to straighten the rest! ! hope i helped! make sure you use a antibreaking / antifrizz spray or cream. after use a very light hairspray to set your stile!

you could flip your head up side down and straighten it like that. the hair hangs straight and you won't get any indents from your neck and shoulders. you also won't miss the back or anything. when you sit back up it'll be kind of poofy (obviously) so just brush it and straighten it the proper way just a little. it sounds kind of long but it's not. it's what i do and it always comes out perfectly straight.

Well, if you have an expensive flat iron like the one my sister has (which I secretly use behind her back since mine sucks) then the hotter it is, the better the results. When I come out of the shower, my hair looks like a lion. It's straight, but VERY frizzy and thick. After I straighten it.....I can't stop touching it. It's so sleek and smooth.
