For your skin:
1. Get at least 8 hours of sleep
2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water
3. Moisturize daily (I would recommend Eucerin or Olay Total Effects
4. Cleanse with a gentle cleanser and toner
For your hair:
1. Trim ends every 6 weeks
2. Have a hair spa or hot oil at least once a month (a cheaper solution to dry hair would be to leave conditioner on your hair overnight, covering it with a shower cap)
